Your jewelry in a delicate silver shimmer
Silver plating is one of the oldest applications of electroplating. Electrolytic silver plating has been a patented process since the 1830s.
Electroplate objects with silver
Using the electroplating process, a real rose can be coated with silver, as can a metal candlestick. Let our Galanik experts advise you on your silver projects.
Silver cutlery
Classic silverware impresses on the one hand with a beautiful shine and on the other hand with a long service life. This gives every festive table a high-quality ambience.
Have jewelry silver plated
Whether you want to have your fashion jewelry electroplated or restore an old heirloom to its former glory. Silver plating jewelry is a timeless and stylish way to preserve a valuable item.
Electrolytic silver plating
Silver plating a wide variety of objects brings you a multitude of advantages of lasting benefit. Refining is not only beautiful, but also sensible.
Electroplating process with silver
Silver plating refers to various technical processes that create a silver coating on objects. Our main working method is of course the electroplating process with silver.
In electrolytic silver plating, the objects are immersed in a silver-containing solution (silver electrolyte) after pre-treatment.
By creating an electrical voltage, a silver coating is deposited on the surface of the positive pole, which is deposited again on the other pole. A post-treatment often follows to improve the surface finish.
For the valuable:
Increase the value of your fashion jewelry with a silver coating. This is how you create something noble and make it immortal.
For the longevity:
By electroplating with silver, the silver-plated objects receive corrosion protection, which is also of great value in the chemical industry. For you, this means no unsightly rust stains on cutlery or jewelry.
For the reflection:
Silver plating glass is also called mirroring. The surface to be silver-plated must be smooth enough that the reflected light retains its parallelism and an image can be created.
